• Putting together a group of financial advisors on a commission basis in order to bring in business.
• The process of tracking and following up to increase sales through advisers.
• Building trusting bonds with employees and customers.
• Examining performance and creating plans of action.
• Determined the agent’s training needs and collaborated with trainers to address them.
• Using management and monitoring tools to consistently produce sales production.
• Boost retention and productivity among agents.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
