Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Meet annualised new premium and case count business targets.

• Obtain new clients using a variety of sales techniques

• Take part in hiring and disciplinary procedures for staff members.

• Establish and share sales targets in line with organisational objectives.

• Assign responsibilities and oversee employees to uphold performance requirements

• Keep an eye on sales conversations and offer advice on tactics

• Continue to communicate with clients to learn about their needs

• To improve tactics, apply learnings from market research and performance evaluations.

• Hold regular training sessions to inform the staff about new product releases.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
