Positions and Accountabilities:
• Create and put into action sales strategy to meet sales goals.
• Oversee and cultivate connections with current and prospective clients.
• Track and evaluate client comments and sales performance
• Create and provide sales reports.
• Deliver first-rate customer support via chat, email, and phone calls.
• As soon as a consumer asks a question, identify and fix the problem, and escalate it if needed.
• Respond to client complaints professionally and empathetically, coming up with workable solutions to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Retain current understanding of the pharmaceutical sector.
• Create and keep up a productive sales network
• Look for chances to cross- or upsell current clients on additional goods and services.
• Support the creation and enhancement of operations and sales processes and procedures.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
