Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Determine client wants and offer marketed items that are appropriate.
• Communicate with targeted physicians and influence them to prescribe our products by applying cost-benefit analysis and skilful sales techniques.
• Give product details and supply sample products.
• Participate in symposium circuits, training sessions, conference calls, and sales meetings.
• Create and implement brand strategies in collaboration with the sales team to guarantee a unified marketing message.
• Establish a relationship of mutual trust with representatives in order to sway the targeted group’s decisions.
• Keep an eye on and evaluate market conditions and data to spot competitive advantages.
• Maintain precise records and paperwork for reporting and comments.
• Seek out ongoing education and career advancement, and remain current with emerging information.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
