Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Create and implement sales strategy to meet goals and increase market share.
• Locate possible distributors and dealers and get in touch with them to build enduring relationships.
• Oversee and maintain current distributor and dealer accounts to guarantee client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Assist distributors and dealers in closing sales by offering them technical and commercial support.
• Visit and meet frequently with important clients to learn about their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Provide in-depth technical understanding and proficiency for every product that is offered.
• Lead training sessions, presentations, and product demos.
• To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and with new customer bases.
• To maintain client retention by making sure that clients’ continuing expectations are satisfied.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
