Assistant Sales Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a driven assistant sales manager to join our agency channel team. In this role, you’ll support sales growth, manage agency relationships, and guide a team of agents to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and train insurance agents to meet performance goals.
- Recruit and develop new agency partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, including field sales.
- Proven track record in setting and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and track performance effectively.
- Must be a local resident.
