Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our Agency channel team. In this role, you’ll support sales growth, manage agency relationships, and guide a team of agents to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Support and train insurance agents to meet performance goals.

• Recruit and develop new agency partners.

•Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights.

•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferable.

•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, including field sales.

•Proven track record in setting and achieving sales targets.

•             Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management skills.

•Ability to analyse sales data and track performance effectively.

•Must be a local resident.
