We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our Life Insurance Agency Channel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency’s customer base.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Agent Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and mentor new agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
4. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to agents.
5. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key partners, and expand existing customer relationships.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with life insurance products, features, and benefits to provide expert guidance to agents and customers.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
8. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and insights to senior management.
