Role: Assistant Sales Manager
Objective:A Business Development Manager (BDM) leads the sales team, identifies new opportunities, builds strategies to grow the business, attracts new clients, and helps the company enter new markets.
Key Responsibilities :
– Set goals for business and revenue growth.
– Find and target new markets.
– Identify potential clients in those markets.
– Follow up on leads and help close sales.
– Set team goals and plan how to achieve them.
Requirements:
– Graduate degree or similar.
– 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
– Age between 21 and 38 years.
– Strong leadership to manage and motivate a team.
– Great communication skills.
