Responsibilities for sales manager: 

• Find advisors and partners for the agency.
• The business manager oversees increasing sales and hitting the sales goal.
• Identify, onboard, and develop insurance consultants.
•  Support and train advisors to enhance their effectiveness.

Candidate Requirement: 

• Qualification: Any graduation.
• Age: 21 to 38 years.
• Experience: 2+ Years in any field sales.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
• Local candidates hire first.
• Have a good negotiation skill.
