Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agency partners.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to optimize partner performance.
- Establish and oversee performance metrics for agency partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated strengths in leadership, communication, and negotiation.
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Must reside locally.
