Job Title: Associate Area Business Manager (ABP Channel)
Location: Pondicherry
Role Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Associate Area Business Manager to drive business growth in the ABP (Agency Business Partner) channel. This role involves recruiting and managing agency partners, supporting them to achieve sales targets, and expanding market presence in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and develop Agency Business Partners (ABPs) in the assigned territory.
Train and motivate ABPs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding.
Monitor ABP performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to drive higher productivity.
Collaborate with ABPs on lead generation, customer acquisition, and closing sales.
Execute sales strategies to meet business goals and expand market share.
Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with ABPs to ensure customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
Maintain strong relationships with ABPs and key clients for long-term success.
Provide timely reports on sales activities, challenges, and market insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline).
2–5 years of experience in agency sales, insurance sales, or channel development.
Strong skills in recruitment, sales coaching, and team management.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
