Job Description

The Associate Area Business Manager will drive growth and profitability in the ABP (Agent/Broker/Partner) Channel by managing relationships, overseeing sales performance, and implementing business strategies within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the ABP channel.
• Manage and motivate agents, brokers, and partners to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Conduct training and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Must be local.
