Job Summary:
The Associate Business Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing sales teams to achieve organizational goals. They develop sales strategies, mentor team members, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. This role involves setting the overall sales direction, building high-performing teams, and executing effective sales strategies.
Channel: Agency and Direct
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in executing business strategies and operational plans.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform decisions.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor key business metrics and prepare performance reports or dashboards.
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for business projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
