Role Summary:

We are hiring an Associate Business Partner (ABP) to recruit, manage, and develop a network of life insurance advisors in Madurai. You will help drive sales growth, support agents, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors.

Train, guide, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.

Drive new business growth and maximize market reach.

Monitor advisor performance and provide regular coaching.

Conduct field visits and meet customers when needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
Strong recruitment, sales, and people management skills.
Target-driven, with good local market knowledge.
