Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieve business targets for Annualized New Premium and case count
• Acquire new customers through various sales methods
• Participate in staff recruitment and disciplinary processes
• Set and communicate sales targets aligned with company goals
• Delegate tasks and supervise staff to maintain performance standards
• Monitor sales negotiations and provide feedback on techniques
• Maintain client relationships to understand their needs
• Utilize insights from performance reviews and market research to optimize strategies
• Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on product releases
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
