Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective B2B clients.
• Present and promote Tata premium products/services to key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding product features, pricing, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support processes.
• Order Management: Visit retail stores to take orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from retailers regarding product performance, preferences, and any issues they may face.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail partners to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
• Sales Target: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our footwear products.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand competitors, market trends, and retailer needs.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
