Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned district.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the educational market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
• Understand the unique needs and requirements of each educational institution and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for educators.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Deploy products and effectively communicate their benefits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, leading to increased sales and customer retention.
• Collect feedback on existing offerings and competitor analysis.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
