Positions and Accountabilities:
• Growing the business and meeting the company’s sales targets
• Build a clientele for distributors to boost business revenue.
• Continually update Distributor and Company on market trends and results.
• Take the lead in sales and seal the contract with the new client.
• Foster good ties with important clients to learn about their demands.
• Monitoring shifts in customer involvement after every campaign launch.
• Putting together reports that show the results of each campaign and sending them to clients.
• Locate new markets and clients to boost revenue and the company’s expansion.
• Manage, inspire, and lead the sales force to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Evaluate team members’ performance on a regular basis and offer helpful criticism.
• Create and present persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
Candidates Requirements:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
