Job Summary:
A Bancassurance Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with banks, motivating bank employees to sell insurance products, and driving sales through these channels. They also ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and develop strategic plans to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the insurance strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, including branch managers and senior Relationship Managers.
- Motivating bank employees to sell insurance products and providing training and support to enhance their sales skills.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and guidelines related to insurance products and sales.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing after-sales service, and improving customer satisfaction.

What we Require:
- Minimum 2 + year of sales and marketing experience + 2 years in BFSI sector.
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
