Job Description

A Banking Sales Professional in the BFSI sector is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of banking, financial, and insurance products to customers, helping them meet their financial needs.

Responsibilities: 
Sell financial products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, mutual funds, and insurance policies.
Identify potential customers and approach them to explain the benefits of various BFSI products.
Provide financial advice based on customer needs and suggest appropriate banking and insurance solutions.
Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term business.
Keep customer records and handle their inquiries or complaints.
Stay updated on BFSI products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Experience in BFSI sales or similar sectors is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with customers.
Basic knowledge of banking, insurance, and financial products.
Target-driven and able to meet sales goals under pressure.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
