Job Description
This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive insurance sales via bank channels, managing relationships with key bank partners, and overseeing a team of sales agents to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to corporate clients.
KEY ROLES
- Work with bank partners to increase awareness and sales of insurance products among corporate clients.
- Work closely with the bank to ensure that insurance products meet the needs of their corporate clients, especially for group insurance and employee benefit programs.
- Identify potential gaps in the market and collaborate with the bank to introduce new products or services that meet client demands.
- Work with the compliance team to ensure that insurance products are marketed, sold, and serviced in accordance with regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate (master degree preferred)
- Work from office
- 2+ years’ experience in BFSI or insurance
- Age 21-38
- Experience letter mandatory
- Salary depend on interview
SKILLS
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
