Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced sales professionals to build and manage a team of agents for the BFSI channel. This role involves recruiting agents, guiding them in selling BFSI products, and helping them achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage agents in the BFSI channel
Guide agents in selling products and meeting targets
Support agents with field visits and client meetings
Conduct regular training and performance reviews
Ensure compliance and process adherence
Skills:
3+ years in field sales (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-driven and willing to travel locally
