Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in customers and understand their insurance needs
Build strong long-term relationships with customers
Offer appropriate insurance products based on client profiles
Follow up for policy renewals, cross-selling, and referrals
Meet monthly sales and service targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and service

Who Can Apply:

Graduate in any discipline
2 to 4 years of experience in sales or customer relationship roles (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
