Job Title: Branch sales manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for setting sales goals, creating strategies to achieve them, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends. Handle high-value client negotiations and close key deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • 21 to 38 years required.
