Job Title: Branch sales manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends. Handle high-value client negotiations and close key deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- 21 to 38 years required.
