Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Branch Sales Manager to handle company-provided leads, explain insurance products, and convert prospects into clients through customized solutions and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with assigned leads to drive insurance sales
• Explain policy benefits clearly and professionally
• Recommend plans based on clients’ financial needs
• Follow up regularly and set up client meetings
• Prepare presentations tailored to client budgets
• Meet or exceed sales targets

Qualification and Experience:

• Must have completed Graduation.
• At least 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
