Position: Branch Sales Officer – Bancassurance
Location: Thane
Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 2 years in Bancassurance / Insurance Sales
CTC Offered: Up to ₹3.25 LPA

Role Overview

Promote life insurance products through assigned bank branches
Build strong partnerships with bank staff to generate leads
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales service

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream
1+ years of field sales or bancassurance experience (Life Insurance preferred)
Strong communication and sales skills
Local candidates will be given preference
