Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Branch Services Manager to oversee daily branch operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all service operations at the branch to ensure smooth functioning
Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure prompt resolution
Supervise branch staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Monitor and improve service delivery standards to enhance customer experience
Ensure compliance with audit guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Coordinate with sales and relationship teams to support business objectives
Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic branch service reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation preferred)
3 to 6 years of experience in branch operations or customer service within the BFSI sector
Strong knowledge of banking processes, compliance, and service protocols
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality
