As a Business Development Manager, you will drive customer acquisition and manage a team of Insurance Advisors to meet company targets. This role involves hands-on leadership and collaboration to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
Implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback.
Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on products and techniques.
Build lasting relationships with agencies and clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Key Qualifications:
1–4 years of experience in direct or agency sales, preferably in insurance.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Age range: 22 to 38 years.
