The Business Development Manager for the Agency Channel plays a key role in driving business growth within a designated region by recruiting, training, and leading a team of talented agents to meet sales targets and ensure overall success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and inspire financial advisors to consistently hit performance goals.
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Spot new business opportunities and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
- Offer continuous coaching, feedback, and guidance to enhance team performance.
- Evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Equip agents with effective techniques to target high-potential customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership abilities to steer a team toward business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with agents and clients.
