Job Description
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the sales team in expanding the customer base. You will lead prospecting and market development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work with agents to convert leads into clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Report sales pipeline updates to management.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales in insurance.
- Valid bike and driving license.
