Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, forge strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base and enter new markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
- Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitor behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
