– Keep yourself updated on market developments and rivalry in order to make wise strategic choices.

– To accomplish both individual and team sales goals, lead, inspire, and oversee the sales staff.

– Offer team members continual coaching, opportunities for professional growth, and training.

– Establish precise objectives for performance and carry out frequent assessments of it.

– Develop enduring bonds with both current and future customers by getting to know their goals and desires.

– Create plans for drawing in and acquiring new customers to grow the clientele of the agency.

– Maintaining great relationships requires responding to client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is Mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other benefits
