Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• Make sure that the period’s sales goals are met, and take action to raise the market share and sales goals in the designated districts.
• Keep an eye on the dealers to rein in overdue or outstanding payments.
• In order to maximise trade and non-trade sales in accordance with criteria, coordinate site visits with the Technical Support Team and take advantage of their experience.
• Keep friendly relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and end users to win back business and increase sales. Pay particular attention to retaining these relationships over the long run.
• By promptly resolving client complaints, you may guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• To optimise sales in the area, carry out the weekly plan, map out the territories that already exist, and find new territories.
• Create district-specific local marketing campaigns, campaigns, and other strategies that work to produce goods.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
