Positions and Obligations:
• Taking charge of the group and inspiring them to meet the set aims and objectives of the organisation.
• Discuss new business ventures, initiatives, procedures, and system requirements in communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist management with expansion strategies and give regular dashboards and updates on the current situation to partners and management.
• To guarantee seamless business as usual, oversee the operations team responsible for both branch and back end operations.
• Create an operations model that is lean, aggressive, economical, and focused on the client.
• Deal with walk-in clients and be cognizant of their requirements
• Assist in product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Develop, plan, and implement operational strategies with operational excellence.
• Through active involvement in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy creation, forecasting, and sales, the organisation aligns its sales objectives with a strong company strategy.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 tears of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
