Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• Create and implement sales plans in order to surpass goals and increase market share.

• To build and maintain enduring relationships, locate possible dealers and distributors and get in touch with them.

• To guarantee client happiness and loyalty, oversee and maintain current dealer and distributor accounts.

• Assist dealers and distributors in closing sales by offering them technical and business support.

• To comprehend their demands and offer suitable answers, schedule frequent meetings and visits with important clients.

• Provide comprehensive technical know-how and proficiency on all available products.

• Hold presentations, training sessions, and product demos.

• In line with the sales strategy, to create new business prospects both within and among existing customer bases.

• Ensuring that clients’ continuous expectations are fulfilled is crucial in maintaining client retention.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
