Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the agency channel strategy: Define the overall vision, goals, and objectives for the agency channel program. Create a comprehensive roadmap and action plan to achieve these goals.
Recruit and onboard new agency partners: Identify and recruit qualified agencies that align with our brand and target market. Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure successful integration and activation.
Manage existing agency relationships: Build strong relationships with existing agency partners. Foster collaboration, communication, and mutual understanding. Proactively address their needs and challenges.
Drive sales and revenue generation: Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives. Track performance metrics and analyze results to optimize campaigns and drive revenue.
Develop and deliver training programs: Provide ongoing training and support to agency partners on our products, services, and sales processes. Empower them with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities to leverage new developments and maintain a competitive edge.
