Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new agents/agencies to expand the sales force across the region.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to drive business growth through the agency channel.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with top-performing agents and support them in achieving sales targets.
  • Provide continuous training and guidance to agents to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in business development or sales, ideally within the insurance sector, with a focus on agency channels.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  •  Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
