Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to take charge of expanding our client base, growing market presence, and driving sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fieldwork and goal-driven environments.

Your Role Will Include:

• Generating leads through market visits and referrals
• Converting prospects into long-term customers
• Presenting our offerings effectively to potential clients
• Meeting sales targets consistently

Coordinating with support teams for smooth client onboarding

Who Can Apply:

• Graduate in any stream (must)
• At least 2 years of field sales or BD experience
• Strong communication and selling abilities

Background in insurance, banking, or FMCG is a plus
