Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Business Development – Sales professional to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This role is key to expanding our customer base and boosting revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Present products and services to potential customers clearly and convincingly
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
Prepare reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems regularly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and target-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and in the field
