Job Description

Job Title: Business Manager- Sales
Our company want the young, high-energy individuals with a passion for sales and for achieving aspirational targets. This is a sales role for our Agency business.

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Visit different locations to meet new and existing customers.
  • Help your team sell our products or services in the field.
  • Make plans to reach monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Guide and support your sales team to do their best.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share it with the company.
  • Report daily or weekly progress to your manager.
  • Find new places or people where we can sell more.
  • Make sure all team members follow company rules and work safely.

Candidate Profile: 

  • Should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales (field sales is a big plus).
  • Must be comfortable traveling and meeting people face-to-face.
  • Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
  • Able to lead a small team and help them grow.
  • Local candidate is most preferable.
  • Education: Graduation is compulsory here.
