Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team
Report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop strategies and execute them effectively
Experience in the BFSI/Insurance/FMCG sectors preferred\
