The Sales Manager within the Agency Channel is tasked with boosting business in a designated region by enlisting, educating, and overseeing a team of proficient agents to meet sales objectives and foster success.
Responsibilities & Duties:
– Hire, coach, and inspire financial advisors to meet goals.
– Devise and implement tactical plans to achieve sales targets.
– Recognize new business prospects and modify strategies according to performance evaluation.
– Examine market trends, customer requirements, and rival companies.
– Provide motivation and support to improve productivity.
Required Candidate profile :
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 2+ years in Any Field of Sales
Age : Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
Two Wheeler Required
Must be Local.
