Job Description

A Channel Development Manager focuses on growing and expanding a company’s indirect sales channels. This role involves developing and managing partnerships with external organizations, such as distributors, resellers, and other third-party vendors, to drive revenue and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build out a strategy for recruiting these partners based on market analysis and growth objectives.
  • Provide ongoing education to keep partners up to date with product developments and sales techniques.
  • Create and implement channel strategies that align with the company’s sales and growth targets.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and channel partners to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
