A Channel Development Manager focuses on growing and expanding a company’s indirect sales channels. This role involves developing and managing partnerships with external organizations, such as distributors, resellers, and other third-party vendors, to drive revenue and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build out a strategy for recruiting these partners based on market analysis and growth objectives.
- Provide ongoing education to keep partners up to date with product developments and sales techniques.
- Create and implement channel strategies that align with the company’s sales and growth targets.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and channel partners to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
