Job Overview:
We are looking for a Channel Engagement Leader to strengthen relationships with our external channel partners and improve sales outcomes. The role requires proactive communication, performance tracking, and strategic support to build strong engagement and loyalty among partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Plan engagement activities to improve partner performance
Support partners with sales tools, product knowledge, and updates
Track performance metrics and ensure target achievements
Work closely with internal teams to resolve partner issues
Conduct regular field visits and engagement meetings
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any field
Minimum 1+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management
Good communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
Experience in BFSI or insurance sector is preferred
Ability to travel locally as part of the job
