Job Title: Channel Growth Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Description: 
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing new business partners within your designated region. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion and success of our sales network, ensuring that business partners meet their growth targets and maintain strong, productive relationships.

Responsibilities: 
Identify, recruit, and onboard new business partners within the assigned territory.
Provide strategic guidance and ongoing support to partners to ensure sustained business growth.
Monitor partner performance and deliver coaching to help them achieve business goals.
Foster long-term, positive relationships with partners and act as a key liaison between the business and partners.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and enhance partner productivity.

Qualifications: 
Proven experience in business development, partner management, or sales leadership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage and nurture a network of partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance-based outcomes.
