Role Overview:
We are hiring a Channel Recruitment Manager to identify, recruit, and develop high-performing channel partners (advisors or agents) for our sales network. The role focuses on building a strong distribution team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential candidates to become sales advisors
- Conduct interviews and explain the business model and earning potential
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and initial training
- Help advisors understand company products and selling techniques
- Maintain healthy relationships with partners for long-term success
Eligibility:
- Graduation in any stream
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or field sales preferred
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Open to field travel within the local area
