Channel Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a channel sales manager to drive growth in our agency channel for life insurance products. This role involves managing agency partnerships, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage, and support agency partners and their teams.
• Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to maximize performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent sales capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for meetings with agents and customers.
• Must be a local candidate.
• Minimum of 1 to 5 years’ experience in a sales position.
