Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage a team of sales agents from the open market.
Provide ongoing support, training, and motivation to help agents achieve their sales targets.
Monitor agent performance, guide them in improving sales techniques, and ensure they meet policy sales goals.
Drive business growth through effective team management and sales strategies.
Foster a positive team environment to encourage collaboration and high performance.
Ensure achievement of monthly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: Must be a graduate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (any field).
Must own a bike for travel.
Candidates must be local residents.
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + performance-based incentives + additional benefits.
Full-time, on-roll employment with growth opportunities.
Five-day work week with weekends off.
