Position: Channel Sales Manager – Bank Insurance
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹3.25 LPA
Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow life insurance business through bank partnerships. This role demands proactive engagement with bank staff and customers to generate consistent sales and deliver value-driven service.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches
Build strong relationships with bank employees to generate business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular training and product sessions for bank staff
Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales service for customers
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory
1–2 years of sales experience preferred (BFSI/Insurance domain is a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-driven with a customer-first mindset
